The WOW Factor

As a student, every day of school can be a bag of mundane repetition, or a load of joy depending on the situation. As such, it is very hard for the students to really find the words to describe the day or sometimes even week properly without using the word 'wow'. The word is used in a way that means that it was either really good or really bad and is rarely used in writing because it is condemned to be a 'simple' word. In almost any other case though, 'wow' is rarely used and as such, 'wow' became a word to hyperbole the happenings of daily life in a positive or negative way. Personally, I have a certain fixation on the events that cause to say 'wow' , or in other words, my wow factor.

The factor would be extreme and unnecessary sarcastic moments coming from a completely random person hiding away in a corner somewhere in the class.(I'm looking at you,Lee Houng.) These outbursts can either cause an eruption of laughter from the recipient or a total silent ringing in the enclosed classroom, echoing the mutual disappointment among the class. This causes many 'wow's to be flung in the positive or negative manner regardless of whether or the person got it or just feels like freezing in the Antarctica
